About us
The Center of Intellectual Art Mercury is a contemporary art space that opened in February 2024 in Lviv. It is an open platform for experimentation and innovation. CIAM is engaged in both exhibition and commercial activities, such as the sale of works of art. The Center also hosts The Alternative School of Art.
Collection
The collection of the art institution includes more than 6000 works of art. Most of them are works by Ukrainian artists from the 20th to the 21st century.

CIVIL SOCIETY OF UKRAINE
Ukrainian civil society is our goal, as it is a form of interaction among free individuals. Our center is a place for meetings and creating synergy of free people.
CRITICAL THINKING
The presence of critical thinking is a sign of internal freedom. This is what intellectual art is- it reflects current meanings, encourages discussion, and addresses social issues.
OBJECTIVE ART ANALYTICS
The truth about artistic processes and ideas is very important to us. We are interested in art as a language of worldview, so we are open to different opinions, positions, and theories.

The Center of Intellectual Art Mercury is located in the historic part of Lviv, at 10 Adam Mickiewicz Square (2-3 floors). The postmodern building was built in 2005 by Ukrainian architect Oleksandr Baziuk.
Currently, our art space offers the following ticket discounts:
- free admission for military and veterans;
- free admission for children under 14 years old;
- 50% discount on the entrance fee for pensioners and people with disabilities;
- 50% off the entrance fee for students on weekdays.
